・特殊加工のシルバー（主にシルバーボール）は、研磨剤入りのクロスで強く磨きますと質感を損なう場合があります。セーム革を使用し、シルバーの細かな筋目に沿って汚れを拭き取ることをお勧めいたします。

＊洗浄液やジュエリー専用のクロス等をご使用される際は、取扱書をよくご確認の上ご利用ください。

・アクセサリーは１点１点繊細に作られています。落とす、ぶつける、圧力をかける、などは製品の破損や変形の原因になりますので避けてください。荷物を持ち運びする際や、スポーツをする際、衣類の着脱の際などは、取り外しをお願いいたします。

・ 使用している素材は、洗剤・化粧品・香水など化学物質のほか、埃、汗、水分等に反応し、変色することがあります。長時間の接着や入浴時の装着、水気に触れたままの放置は避けてください。

・18Kメッキやロジウムメッキの地金の多くには真鍮を使用しております。体質により、皮膚にかゆみ・かぶれなど異常を感じた際は、ご使用をお止めいただき、医師や専門医にご相談ください。

・デザインによっては、洋服の繊維や髪の毛に絡みついたり、着脱の際など思わぬ危害が生じる場合がありますので、お取扱いにはご注意ください。

落下や衝突、強い力は破損・変形の原因となります。

荷物の持ち運び、スポーツ、衣類の着脱時などは、取り外してご使用ください。

• 水分・化学物質に注意

洗剤、化粧品、香水、汗、水分などは変色や劣化の原因となります。

入浴・水仕事・長時間の水濡れ放置は避けてください。

• 皮膚への影響

体質によってかゆみやかぶれが生じる場合があります。

異常を感じた場合は使用を中止し、医師にご相談ください。

• メッキ部分について

摩擦や衝撃によりメッキが剥がれることがあります。

再メッキが可能ですので、ご希望の際はご連絡ください。

Remove the ring when carrying heavy items, during sports, or when putting on/taking off clothing.

• Avoid moisture and chemicals

Detergents, cosmetics, perfume, sweat, and water may cause discoloration or deterioration.

Avoid wearing in the bath, while doing water-related tasks, or leaving the piece wet for long periods.

• Effect on skin

Depending on your skin type, itching or rash may occur.

If you experience any reaction, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

• Plated parts

Rubbing or impact with hard objects may cause the plating to come off.

Repairs & Maintenance

We are able to provide repairs for damage, deformation, re-plating, and other types of maintenance.

１.Please send us detailed photos of the item in advance, or ship the item to the designated address.

　*Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

２.After inspecting the condition of the metal, we will propose several repair options and corresponding costs.

　We will proceed with the repair using the method you are most comfortable with.

During repair or maintenance, we can also accommodate requests for color changes, resizing, or refinishing.

It is our hope that when the piece returns to you, you will enjoy wearing it again with a refreshed feeling.
